I Do Beach Tennis – Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, mobile application, registration platform, event, tournament, lesson, academy program, open play session, membership, livestream, or service operated by I Do Beach Tennis (“IDBT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

I Do Beach Tennis provides:

  • Beach tennis tournaments
  • Lessons and academy programs
  • Open play sessions
  • Round robins and leagues
  • Membership programs
  • Event registrations
  • Livestreaming services
  • Merchandise sales
  • Sports-related software and applications
  • Sponsor promotions and marketing activities

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participation in beach tennis and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Falls
  • Collisions
  • Heat-related illness
  • Injury from equipment
  • Injury from other participants
  • Weather-related hazards

By registering for or participating in any activity, you acknowledge these risks and participate voluntarily.

All participants are responsible for determining their own physical fitness and ability to participate.

4. Event Registration

Tournament and event registrations are subject to:

  • Capacity limits
  • Ranking requirements
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Tournament rules

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry
  • Adjust draws
  • Combine divisions
  • Cancel divisions with insufficient participation
  • Modify schedules due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs

5. Refunds and Event Credits

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Tournament registrations are non-refundable.
  • Event credits may be issued at our discretion.
  • Weather-related interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds.
  • Merchandise refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Photography and Media Release

By attending any I Do Beach Tennis event or activity, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, name, and performance to be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, and used for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.

This includes:

  • Social media
  • Livestream broadcasts
  • Website content
  • Sponsor materials
  • Promotional campaigns

7. Merchandise Sales

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory errors

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Violate laws
  • Commit fraud
  • Harass participants
  • Interfere with event operations
  • Upload malicious software
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Abuse staff, volunteers, referees, or participants

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers including:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Sports I Do
  • Tournated
  • YouTube
  • Other technology providers

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no guarantee regarding:

  • Service availability
  • Tournament scheduling
  • Livestream quality
  • Website performance
  • Accuracy of rankings or results

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Do Beach Tennis shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Lost profits
  • Lost data
  • Event cancellations
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service involved.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Do Beach Tennis, its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from your use of our services or participation in our activities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
